KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Global Community to join our Global Alliances Group, part of the KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms
- Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win?story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership
- Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle?related content, case studies, and training updates
- Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions
- Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant years work experience in Oracle alliance management
- Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills
- Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus
- Ability to work across global time zones, collaborate with diverse teams, and be a self?starter with excellent problem?solving skills
