By offering accurate, science‑based testing, Boulder Blue empowers homeowners, renters, industry, and policymakers to address indoor air quality and health risks that are often overlooked. Our goal is to make allergen testing a standard practice in housing and environmental health.

Role Overview This is a hands‑on leadership role at the intersection of

digital marketing, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships . You’ll build and execute our direct‑to‑consumer sales programs and drive professional engagement with

allergists, home inspectors, and indoor air quality experts .

You’ll be responsible for developing our digital sales funnel, managing online advertising, and expanding brand visibility—while also laying the foundation for B2B outreach and long‑term channel growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the

digital marketing strategy

across web, social, and paid media

Manage and optimize

direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce

campaigns

Build the

Boulder Blue online brand presence

through content, social media, and email marketing

Design and monitor analytics dashboards for campaign performance and conversion metrics

Establish early

professional partnerships

(allergists, home inspectors, IAQ consultants)

Contribute to pricing, product positioning, and messaging strategies

Coordinate with product designers on company branding and product design

Prepare quarterly reports and forecasts for leadership

Engage homeowner associations, property managers, home inspectors, and tenant advocacy groups to build awareness and drive adoption among homeowners and renters

Design and implement strategies to expand Boulder Blue’s reach and accelerate market penetration

Contribute to long‑term growth strategies, identifying emerging markets, partnerships, and new product opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, e‑commerce, or growth strategy (preferably consumer tech, health, or environmental sectors)

Proven success managing

digital ad platforms

(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong understanding of

conversion optimization, SEO/SEM, and analytics

Experience launching

direct‑to‑consumer products or subscription models

Excellent communication and creative leadership skills

Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in a startup environment

Familiarity with

Shopify ,

HubSpot , or other CRM/e‑commerce tools
