And now, we’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Enablement Manager to help take our brand visibility, business development processes, and growth initiatives to the next level.
Purpose of the Role This position will partner with firm leadership, service line leaders, and partners to set and execute business development and marketing strategies. They will ensure our team is equipped with the tools, processes, and insights needed to drive growth across ideal client profiles and target markets, while also overseeing general marketing needs to keep the firm’s brand consistent, visible, and engaging.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy
Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer, partners, and service line leaders to develop and execute growth strategies — including go-to-market campaigns, existing client expansion, market expansion, and targeted acquisition of new clients.
Work with the CGO to create and implement partner-level business development plans and accountability structures.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing innovations to inform strategy and drive growth initiatives.
Help shape messaging across service lines and niche industries to attract ideal clients.
Growth Enablement
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch materials.
Coordinate and support business development meetings and events — including networking functions, industry conferences, and internal growth strategy sessions — ensuring logistics, materials, and follow-up actions are handled effectively.
Collaborate with partners, service line leaders, and the CGO to keep our business development pipeline thriving — ensuring it’s current, strategic, and rich with high-quality opportunities.
Partner with the Client Experience Director (CED) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients generated through BD efforts.
Marketing Enablement for Growth
Ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with growth priorities across all platforms.
Work with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to train and coach team members in business development best practices.
Coordinate with the firm’s marketing service provider to manage website updates, social media presence, content publishing, and the development of collateral, campaigns, and other growth-focused materials.
Analytics, CRM, & Continuous Improvement
Track BD campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and partner engagement.
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
Report on results and use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales enablement—preferably in professional services or B2B.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Proficient with CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools.
Experience managing vendors and creative teams.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a bias for action.
Experience supporting partners or executives in business development activities.
