Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. The full compensation package includes additional bonuses and benefits as described by Walmart. The annual salary range is listed here; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. This position is located in Shippensburg, PA. Responsibilities
What you\'ll do: Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action and/or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, training, supporting and modeling policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Manage the maintenance department daily operations, including equipment and systems (e.g., material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment) and compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT). Manage financial aspects by monitoring expenses and capital expenditures, asset utilization, and reporting on business metrics. Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging; attract and retain talent; act with integrity; serve customers and members; strive for excellence; drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and skills. Associate\'s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience OR Bachelor\'s Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field OR 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment; experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees OR 2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team. OR 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment with 1 year experience in the maintenance field. Preferred Qualifications
