As the Director, Performance Marketing you will scale strategic media investments and increase ROI through experimentation and an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Scale paid media through testing, experimentation and identifying new growth opportunities and potential platforms.
Drive Amazon, Meta and TikTok growth strategies via advertising, paid social, influencer and UGC improvements and increase new customer acquisition.
Optimize media mix modeling, implementing analytical strategies to maximize ROI.
Drive advanced audience segmentation and personalization across all channels.
Create KPI’s and report on campaign performance to the senior leadership team to inform future growth plans.
Partner with internal and external key stakeholders across product, marketing, sales and more.
Key Requirements
Proven leadership experience within Growth and Performance Marketing within the beauty, cosmetics or personal care industry. Must come from this background in order to be successful in progressing to interview stages.
Key expertise in driving media investments, customer acquisition and scaling digital channels across Amazon, Meta and TikTok.
Deep analytical skills to improve audience targeting, attribution modeling and ability to forecast for future growth.
Expertise in improving retail media networks and Google Ads.
Ability to manage and scale teams, fostering an inquisitive culture.
Experience growing influencer, UCG and affiliate programs.
