Soni is seeking a Digital Media Manager

to join our client’s in-house team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll lead integrated media planning and execution across digital, social, and traditional channels — ensuring every campaign connects brand strategy with measurable business results. This position is ideal for a media-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll serve as the voice of media strategy, working closely with internal brand teams, external agencies, and global partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive awareness and in-store sales. What You’ll Do

Act as the

voice of media strategy

in integrated planning sessions with brand and agency partners Translate brand platforms into

holistic media strategies

across video, audio, social, mobile, search, and display Oversee

channel investment, audience strategy, and measurement plans

for multiple media touchpoints Partner closely with

consumer insights and agency teams

to evaluate performance and implement optimizations Manage

upfront investments, vendor relationships, and cross-channel budgets Lead

quarterly reviews , identify best practices, and share learnings across teams Stay ahead of

emerging media technologies and tools , providing strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders What You Bring

7–10 years of experience

in media strategy, planning, or marketing Deep knowledge of

digital channels

(paid social, digital video, search, display) and how to optimize performance Strong

analytical mindset

and comfort working with data, testing frameworks, and reporting tools Experience managing

agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams Excellent

presentation, communication, and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in

Excel and PowerPoint Experience in the

retail or consumer space

is a strong plus Compensation

Compensation: $52 - $60/Hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications Other
