Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$52-$60/hr

Key Responsibilities

Act as the voice of media strategy in integrated planning with internal and external partners.

Understand brand strategy and platform and effectively partner with brand marketing and IAT to develop media strategies and partnerships that align with the brand platform.

Serve as key day‑to‑day liaison with paid media agency.

Share and collaborate with domestic and global partners on plans & learnings.

Build media and digital expertise: manage investment and channel strategy for multiple media touchpoints including video, audio, social media, mobile, online video, search and display.

Lead the development of a holistic media strategy inclusive of channel, partner level plan, audience strategy and measurement plan.

Keep abreast of the evolving media landscape & technology tools; provide recommendations on required solutions.

Meet with existing and prospective media vendors to evaluate future media opportunities.

Drive results: oversee holistic budget, share integrated media plans, manage upfront investment and key vendor relationships, oversee digital strategy driving in‑store sales, oversee grand openings, local and multi‑cultural plans, partner with consumer insights and agency partners to execute cross‑channel measurement studies, represent paid media strategy for annual and ad‑hoc planning processes.

Continuously monitor campaigns and provide optimizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or similar marketing experience.

Experience in media and across media channels, with a strong emphasis on digital channels (paid social, digital video, email, search).

Strong experience optimizing media channels and establishing testing approaches and analytics experience.

Effective verbal and written communication on all levels internally and externally.

Experience working with outside agencies and vendors.

Proven experience participating in cross‑functional teams and influencing great outcomes across a matrix organization with evolving requirements.

Superior project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others.

Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical experience and proven critical thinking.

Knowledge of retail business a plus.
