Overview
An established and growing independent insurance agency is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join the team. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual who wants to help clients protect what matters most while building a long-term career in the insurance industry. Responsibilities
Generate new personal lines business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and community engagement, including warm leads from the commercial department. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Prepare and present customized insurance quotes from multiple carriers. Close new business and manage follow-up communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify cross-selling opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license in New York. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Comfortable with CRM and quoting systems; experience with Applied Epic is preferred but not required. Compensation
