Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies on behalf of the brand across all categories
Passion for sports and athletics, clothing and footwear, and/or hunting/fishing with an interest in staying on-top of industry trends, current events and industry news.
Active in sports, fashion, and/or hunting/fishing.
Ensure social media channels are growing in followers and engagement
Research, create, schedule and respond to daily posts, comments, reviews, etc. on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other social media.
Collaborate with the team on the execution of SCHEELS Expert content and distribution across all marketing channels
Understand and report on analytic data related to social media, both predictive and recapping
Collaborate with others to create and execute social media promotions, contests, campaigns, and content management
Program ad campaigns on Meta and manage advertising budget.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
Excellent analytical, data analysis, creative and innovative abilities
Ability to be organized, multi-task, and maintain all aspects of social media
Requirements
Skillset
Ability to operate a DSLR camera for photography and videography
Competency in photo editing on Adobe or similar software
Competency in video editing on Adobe or similar software
Sample portfolio, preferably of previous work, but concept work is acceptable.

Education & Experience
Ideal candidate would be pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, social media, or related field.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sedentary work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
