The Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis (with potential for full time) with strong potential to grow into a full-time role. You'll work directly with our CEO and creative team to develop high-performing ad strategies, provide creative direction, and ensure our clients' campaigns consistently drive results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes performance creative work on Meta and can bridge strategy, creative execution, and client objectives.
What You'll Do
Develop creative strategies and concepts for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) that drive performance
Provide strategic feedback and creative direction to designers and video editors
Analyze ad performance data to inform creative iterations and new concepts
Manage project timelines and deliverables in Asana
Work directly with the CEO on client accounts and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with the creative team throughout the production process
Maintain quality standards across all creative deliverables
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably at an agency or in-house at a DTC brand
Deep understanding of Meta advertising best practices and what drives performance
Experience developing or managing UGC, static, and video ads for direct response campaigns
Strong eye for detail and ability to give actionable creative feedback
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bonus: Experience with brands in fashion, beauty, wellness, or food & beverage
