Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Growth Marketing Lead – San Francisco (Hybrid) – Healthtech Intalex is partnered with a VC-backed digital‑health company building an AI‑assisted care‑navigation platform for seniors and caregivers. They’re scaling fast and hiring a Growth Marketing Lead (Senior IC) to own acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Comp : $130k–$175k base + equity
Location : San Francisco hybrid; open to Remote (U.S./Americas) with regular SF travel (~2 weeks/month)
Type : Full‑time, hands‑on individual contributor (not a manager role)
What you’ll do
Own paid acquisition across Google/Meta/YouTube + emerging channels; drive CAC‑efficient scale
Implement first‑party tracking and server‑side / Conversions API; build dashboards for CAC/LTV decisions
Run a weekly experiment cadence across ads, LPs, and lifecycle/CRM; codify a repeatable growth playbook ahead of the next raise
What we’re looking for
8–10+ years in growth/performance marketing (will consider 6–7 with outsized wins)
At least one meaningful digital‑health stint in health tech
Proven record owning CAC/LTV, scaling paid profitably, and improving conversion & retention
Hands‑on with GA4/GTM, server‑side/CAPI, Segment/Braze/Iterable, Amplitude/Mixpanel, and SQL/BI basics
Comfortable using AI workflows to speed creative testing, audience segmentation, and analysis
High‑ownership operator who thrives in founder‑led, fast‑moving environments
