Develop and design multipurpose content focused on leading for gender equality for UNICEF senior staff Create approximately 50 PowerPoint slides including structured content, case studies, and reflection exercises Facilitate at least 10 sessions on gender-responsive leadership for leaders and managers Collaborate closely with the Senior Gender Advisor and an internal reference group throughout the content development process Ensure that the content aligns with UNICEF\'s gender mandate and capacity, promoting gender analysis and resource allocation for gender equality objectives Qualifications
Advanced degree in gender studies, social sciences, international development, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional work experience in gender equality capacity building, coaching, and facilitating Strong knowledge and expertise in the international development gender equality ecosystem Demonstrated writing skills with specific experience in writing on gender-related issues Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required Preferred Qualifications
