Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the design and production of visual materials for web, print, social media, e‑mail, signage, trade shows, and facility branding. This role develops and manages brand guidelines to ensure all creative deliverables align with company standards and support overall marketing and communication objectives.
Essential Functions
Lead design and production of collateral for web, print, social media, e‑mail, signage, trade shows, and facility branding
Develop and manage brand guidelines, visual standards, and creative systems
Create engaging concepts, layouts, infographics, presentations, and other visuals for campaigns and executive communications
Oversee signage, artwork, and environmental branding for brick‑and‑mortem locations
Support eCommerce and digital initiatives with website graphics, product imagery, and UI enhancements
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership on key projects and initiatives
Collaborate with outside vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) as needed
Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and new production technologies
Qualifications Must‑Have
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a closely related field
5+ years of progressive experience as a graphic designer, with proven success designing for B2B environments
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other digital design platforms
Experience managing brand guidelines and delivering consistent design across diverse media
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage fast‑paced, deadline‑driven projects
Experience designing signage, interior graphics, and environmental branding
Solid understanding of print production, color management, and file prep for digital/large‑format printing
Professional portfolio showcasing a range of visual solutions, from campaigns and collateral to environmental graphics
Nice‑to‑Have
Skills in commercial or corporate photography, with experience shooting and editing facility, people, or product photography
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience creating infographics or data visualizations
Familiarity with digital asset management systems
Illustration and creative concept development skills
Understanding of basic UI/UX design principles for digital projects
Physical Demands And Working Conditions Must be able to sit and work at a workstation and computer for several hours at a time. Must stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Requires use of telephone and other communications equipment. Must be able to drive a vehicle frequently.
Work indoors and outdoors; exposure to temperatures commensurate with outdoor seasonal temperatures.
