What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the design and content team in evolving the brand and executing overall design styles
- Collaborate with various teams to propose design direction, prepare briefs, and ensure smooth transitions of designs into layouts
- Identify image needs and assist with directing internal photo studio shoots and sourcing assets
- Utilize Adobe CC Suite software to execute layouts and create templates for production efficiencies
- Oversee and monitor publication processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in print publications
- Basic knowledge to direct photo shoots and implement creative concepts
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Mac-based software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
