Job Description:
Lead and execute strategic design initiatives to enhance enterprise-grade software experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n

- Define and communicate design vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization's software suite
\n - Conduct and synthesize user, market, and competitive research
\n - Develop strategic design artifacts (journey maps, service blueprints, etc.)
\n - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive design execution
\n - Ensure UI/UX consistency and scalability across the platform
\n - Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
\n - Establish governance for design processes and measure impact of design strategies
\n - Mentor design peers and contribute to organizational design maturity
\n
Requirements:

- Must-Haves:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related or strategic discipline, or equivalent experience
\n - 7 years in design strategy, service/experience/product design, ideally in enterprise SaaS or regulatory/industrial domains
\n - Proven ability to translate insights into strategic design outcomes
\n - Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
\n - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
\n - Expertise in tools like Figma, Miro, and design systems
\n - Ability to work EST hours in a remote setup
\n
\n - Bachelor's degree in a design-related or strategic discipline, or equivalent experience

- Experience in compliance, sustainability, supply chain, EHS, or similar data-intensive domains \n
- Passion for impact-driven design and mission-oriented software \n
- Familiarity with UX architecture, modular design systems, and component libraries \n
