Senior Product Marketing Manager
who will play a critical role in the worldwide rollout of new products and programs. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on bridging the gap between product innovation and customer adoption, ensuring that offerings are positioned, communicated, and embraced effectively across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Build and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new products and programs, leveraging change impact assessments to inform approach and adoption tactics.
Messaging & Positioning:
Craft compelling, customer-centric messaging that clearly communicates product value. Create and deliver engaging marketing assets including presentations, articles, teasers, and campaign materials.
Campaign Development:
Design and manage awareness and enrollment campaigns that generate excitement and drive adoption across global audiences.
Customer Insights & Research:
Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, positioning, and marketing plans.
Content Creation & Deliverables:
Develop core marketing deliverables such as messaging frameworks, customer insights reports, campaign toolkits, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as a trusted liaison between product teams, operators, and other stakeholders—translating technical details into accessible, value-driven narratives that resonate with global audiences.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in a global or complex organizational environment.
Demonstrated success in launching new offerings and driving customer adoption.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong writing and content development skills with a focus on customer empathy and change communication.
Familiarity with change management principles and their application in product launches.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
