About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Insurance Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing vision and strategy to support the company's growth goals, driving acquisition, retention, and expansion, and ensuring that marketing efforts are tailored to key stakeholders, including members, brokers, and providers. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, deep experience in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign management, and a strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments. The VP will also be tasked with building and inspiring a multidisciplinary marketing team, overseeing go-to-market strategies, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to design integrated campaigns. Applicants for the VP of Insurance Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare and/or insurance. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in both consumer and B2B marketing, and experience in launching products or entering new markets. A bonus will be given for those with an MBA or advanced degree, and familiarity with ACA, ICHRA, Medicare, or Medicaid markets. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring messaging is relevant, personalized, and compliant with regulatory requirements, and will have a proven ability to drive growth and retention through effective marketing strategies.
