WireScreen is a fast‑growing Series A startup building the go‑to intelligence platform for navigating global supply chains and China‑related risk. Backed by Sequoia Capital, we already have traction with top‑tier government customers and are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our New York team. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product, and Research to shape the design for our flagship product.
What You’ll Do
Lead design projects from discovery through delivery: user research, flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI and design QA.
Collaborate daily with product managers and front‑end engineers in New York.
Shape and extend our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across features.
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions.
Turn complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences.
Mentor and collaborate with teammates on design best practices.
You Should Apply If You Have
6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, including at least one early‑stage startup where you were the sole designer.
Experience designing a complex system for B2B/Prosumer/Expert users.
Have shipped at least one project from discovery to delivery.
Excellent visual design skills.
Experience working with data from a design perspective.
High fluency in Figma.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with platforms and challenges similar to WireScreen.
8+ years of experience.
