Are you detail-driven and passionate about international trade? We’re looking for a
Customs Entry Writer
to join a growing forwarder in Atlanta.
In this role, you’ll manage customs documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with internal teams, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve clearance issues and minimize delays.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee import/export documentation and customs declarations
Ensure full compliance with trade laws, regulations, and procedures
Coordinate with brokers, clients, and regulatory bodies
Monitor shipments and address any customs-related issues
Stay up to date on international trade policies and classification standards
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in customs operations or brokerage
Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and customs procedures
Familiarity with HS classification, customs valuation, and trade agreements
Proficiency with CargoWise is preferred
Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $63,000.00/yr
