Position Senior Producer (Full Time) – New York, NY

Reporting Into Director of Experiential

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the creative vision for US projects, often managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Lead the end-to-end production process, from developing creative pitches and proposals to sourcing venues, managing critical paths and timelines, negotiating with suppliers, overseeing budgets, and creating detailed schedules and event books for each client and project.

Vendor management will include reviewing and signing off technical/production drawings, quotes, negotiating and day‑to‑day communication.

Hold regular meetings with stakeholders and the Creative team to review project status, provide budget updates, keep the client informed, and support the wider team as needed.

Oversee day‑to‑day client management, proactively troubleshooting and resolving project‑related issues in collaboration with the wider AAS team.

Managing assistants per project, as needed.

Creating client documents for sign off including status reports, production books and schedules.

Manage all financial aspects of a project from pitch through reconciliation, ensuring vendor and client invoices are issued promptly and accurately. Maintain precise cost tracking and accountability throughout, safeguarding company margins and profitability for each event.

Work onsite during event setup, live execution, and derig, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients. This role may require travel to other states.

Balance creative ambition with strong commercial insight to ensure every project is delivered on brief, on time, and within budget. Demonstrate sharp financial acumen by managing projects ranging from $500K to $2M, defining margins, and negotiating with suppliers to secure both quality and value.

Contribute to AAS creative culture, bringing original thinking to every challenge, championing organization, and supporting the development of younger team members through mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications

Interest and knowledge in the luxury sector

Extensive experience in creative production for events and vendor management

Excellent communication skills

Excellent multitasking and time management skills

Excellent problem‑solving skills

Personable and professional

Efficient, solution‑driven and intuitive

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, in the luxury sector

Strong understanding of health & safety, insurance, permitting, and security requirements

Experience leading teams through all phases of complex projects, from creative development to execution.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global markets.

Passion for storytelling and crafting experiences that resonate culturally and emotionally.
