About the Role The Hanni team is looking for a strategic and hands- on TikTok Shop and Creator Partnership Specialist to

lead our creator partnerships, TikTok Affiliate program, and community engagement efforts . This person will be at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce—building authentic relationships with creators, growing affiliate revenue through TikTok Shop, and turning our audience into a thriving community of brand advocates.

TikTok Affiliate Management

Own the growth of our TikTok Affiliate program—recruit, activate, and nurture affiliates

Build scalable systems for onboarding, communication, and reporting

Collaborate with growth and paid teams to drive sales through the TikTok Shop

Test affiliate incentive structures to maximize conversion and retention

Own and engage the TikTok Affiliate discord channel creating challenges, incentive programs and build community

TikTok Shop Maintenance including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory, SEO and set-up with support of customer service and creative teams

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

Develop and manage a robust creator pipeline across social channels with agency support

Identify and onboard creators aligned with brand values and target audience

Manage influencer briefs, contracts, and content calendars

Track and analyze content performance to optimize ROI and creative direction

Partner with paid media team to whitelist/boost top-performing UGC

TikTok Ads & Creator Content Collaboration

Partner with the Performance Marketing team on creative testing, content seeding, and storytelling

Identify top-performing creators for ad whitelisting

Stay on top of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices

Review and guide with brand team the TikTok Creator content

Community Building

Foster a genuine brand community through social channels, TYB, and on-platform groups

Engage daily with the community to build brand love and identify advocates

Plan surprise-and-delight moments and ambassador activations

Use insights from the community to inform product, content, and campaign development

Who You Are

1+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social commerce

Deep understanding of TikTok, affiliate marketing, and creator culture

Data-driven with a creative instinct—you know what performs and why

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

A natural relationship builder who thrives in community-centric marketing
