Position Marketing Manager – Restaurant & Pizza Brand, Columbia, SC

Overview We are seeking a

highly capable and organized Marketing Manager

to lead all marketing initiatives for our restaurant and pizza brand. This role is critical to driving both

local store marketing

and

corporate campaigns , ensuring that marketing efforts effectively boost sales, brand awareness, and community engagement.

The current marketing support has been underperforming, so we need a

results-driven professional

who can take full ownership of marketing operations immediately.

Salary $60,000–$70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and execute

local marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement programs

(e.g., school-night fundraisers).

Develop and implement

corporate marketing initiatives

aligned with brand standards.

Track, analyze, and report

marketing performance metrics

to ensure effective ROI.

Manage and monitor marketing budgets to prevent overspending and optimize resource allocation.

Partner with corporate marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, media partners, and delivery platform representatives.

Identify new local marketing opportunities to strengthen brand presence and drive store traffic.

Qualifications

Proven marketing experience in the restaurant or pizza industry (required).

Strong knowledge of third-party delivery platforms and activations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to manage and track marketing budgets effectively (must correct current overspend of ~$30K in 3 months).

Local to Columbia, SC – this is an on-site position, with remote work allowed on Fridays.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to collaborate with corporate support teams and adapt quickly to internal systems and processes.
