Here's What We Need The Off-Premise Marketing Manager brings our brand to guests wherever they are by leading all off-premise channels, including pickup, first party delivery, third party delivery, catering, and specialty programs. This role is built for someone with a passion for igniting growth, someone who knows how to build and fuel partnerships with DoorDash and Uber Eats, drive momentum in our own first party delivery, and make every pickup experience feel effortless and personal. It takes strong off premise knowledge, flawless execution, and the drive to keep the fire lit across every channel. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role works cross functionally to make sure each off‑premise touchpoint stays true to our brand and delivers with that unmistakable Torchy’s energy.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Off-Premise Channels:

Oversee pickup, delivery, third‑party platforms, catering, and specialty programs to ensure each experience delivers on Torchy’s high standards.

Manage Partnerships:

Lead daily relationships with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other third‑party platforms, maintaining accurate menus, pricing, and brand representation.

Negotiate and Optimize:

Negotiate contracts, promotions, and marketing investments to maximize visibility, reach, and profitability.

Drive Marketing Execution:

Plan and execute off‑premise marketing programs and promotions that build awareness and drive sales growth.

Collaborate on Pricing and Finance:

Partner with Finance to align pricing, commissions, and promotional funding to balance growth and margin objectives.

Partner Across Teams:

Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Supply Chain, and Digital to ensure packaging, fulfillment, and integration meet brand and guest expectations.

Analyze and Report Results:

Monitor sales performance, order trends, mix, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support Catering Programs:

Develop and support catering and group ordering programs, including menu design, pricing, and promotion.

Maintain Content:

Ensure menus, photography, seasonal features, and promotions are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with Torchy’s brand.

Innovate:

Stay curious – exploring emerging trends in delivery, catering, and convenience, bringing forward new ideas to enhance the off‑premise guest experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned to support the business and team needs.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restaurant marketing, digital partnerships, or off‑premise channel management.

Experience managing third‑party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.

Strong understanding of pricing, cost management, and promotional planning.

Experience supporting or developing catering programs.

Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear business actions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in a multi‑unit restaurant or hospitality brand environment.

Familiarity with loyalty programs, app integrations, and digital ordering systems.

Demonstrated success in negotiating partner contracts or co‑marketing investments.

Passion for hospitality, innovation, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
