As we expand into new retail and digital channels nationwide, we’re looking for a highly organized, results-driven Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of our growth.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee Echelon’s marketing initiatives across all channels - from concept to execution. You’ll plan, organize, and manage campaigns, product launches, and creator collaborations while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, knows how to execute with precision, and can blend creative vision with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across digital and retail channels
Manage content calendars, deliverables, and timelines for internal and external partners
Oversee influencer and creator partnerships - from outreach to performance tracking
Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and initiatives
Optimize digital marketing efforts including email, social, and Shopify updates
Coordinate sampling, event, and retail marketing programs to drive trial and awareness
Track campaign results, analyze performance, and present actionable insights
Manage and mentor marketing support staff, interns, or contractors as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
3‑6 years of marketing, brand management, or related experience (CPG or DTC preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (email, social, Shopify, analytics)
Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building brands
Bonus: Experience in fitness, military, or performance lifestyle industries
