What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and scale the engineering team responsible for the employer’s ad platform, focusing on sponsored listings, audience targeting, and supply‑side integrations
Collaborate with product and business leaders to define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable value
Foster a high‑performance team culture by recruiting and developing engineering talent
Ensure engineering excellence by building robust, scalable systems for high‑volume ad placements
Drive cross‑functional execution with data science, product, and sales teams to implement new ad formats and optimizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing high‑performing teams
Proven experience in building complex, distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability
Background in ad tech, retail media, or large‑scale data/ML‑driven systems strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product and business teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Strong communication skills with the capacity to engage at both executive and technical levels
