What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and scale the engineering team for Hopper's ad platform, overseeing various ad technologies
Collaborate with product and business leaders to define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives
Foster a high‑performance team culture, recruiting and developing engineering talent
Ensure engineering excellence for robust and scalable ad systems
Drive cross‑functional execution to deliver innovative ad formats and optimizations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in building complex, distributed systems with high scalability
Background in ad tech, retail media, or large‑scale data/ML‑driven systems
Strong track record of partnering with product and business teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
