What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and scale the engineering team responsible for Hopper’s ad platform, including audience targeting and supply‑side integrations
Collaborate with product and business leaders to define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives that add measurable value
Foster a high‑performance team culture by recruiting and developing engineering talent
Ensure engineering excellence in building robust and scalable systems for high‑volume ad placements
Innovate on travel retail media strategies to enhance ad delivery, measurement, and monetization
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in managing and scaling engineering teams
Proven experience in building complex, distributed systems with high scalability and reliability
Strong background in ad tech, retail media, or large‑scale data/ML‑driven systems
Ability to work closely with product and business teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
