We’re seeking a

Manager, Brand Studio

to help shape the future of our in‑house design and creative function. This role is a key leadership position in our evolving studio model — designed to foster agility, elevate craft quality, and create clear growth paths for designers. You’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary group of ICs, drive strategic alignment and team health at key project moments, and serve as a cultural anchor across the team.

Base pay ranges are structured by geographic zone. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

Base Compensation Zones

United States (USD)

Zone A: $146,000 – $177,000

Zone B: $139,000 – $168,000

Zone C: $131,000 – $159,000

Canada (CAD) – Ontario & British Columbia

$173,000 – $219,000

This role is also eligible for Webflow’s company‑wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Reporting Structure

Reporting to the Director, Brand & Web Design

Lead People & Growth

Manage a team of ~3–6 multi‑disciplinary ICs across brand design, web design and motion

Provide coaching, career development, and performance management

Act as hiring manager for IC roles, partnering with our director to attract and nurture top talent

Drive Projects & Strategy

Drive alignment and clarity at key inflection points (kickoffs, midpoints, retros) without directly guiding craft. Provide strategic framing so squads start aligned with business priorities

Partner with Ops to ensure delivery health, while empowering leads to maintain creative vision and craft quality

Resolve conflicts between business needs and creative direction with judgment and clarity

Shape Culture & Cohesion

Foster an inclusive, growth‑oriented environment where ICs gain leadership opportunities without needing to manage people. Strengthen rituals and team practices (crits, showcases, retros) to ensure consistency across disciplines

Model and reinforce Webflow’s values — building trust, winning together, reinventing ourselves, and delivering with speed, quality, and craft

About You

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

7–10+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or program leadership, working closely with multidisciplinary brand and design teams

3 to 5+ years of people management experience, ideally within a studio, agency, or in‑house brand or marketing environment

Strong track record of driving project outcomes and people growth simultaneously

Excellent at collaboration and influence across creative and cross‑functional partners

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and distributed or global teams

Curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
