Chartbeat is seeking a Senior Marketing Content Writer to play an integral part in the development and execution of high-impact content strategies that fuel brand growth, elevate thought leadership, and drive demand generation. As a senior member of the Marketing team, you’ll bring deep expertise in B2B content marketing, a passion for storytelling, and a results-driven mindset to expand our brand presence and engage our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Execution:

Collaborate with the Content team to plan and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and address the needs of our target audience.

Develop high-quality content assets across formats, including social media posts, emails/newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers/reports, case studies, webpages, ads, events, and presentation decks that highlight the value of Chartbeat and Tubular.

Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging while driving engagement and supporting lead generation efforts.

Analyze content performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers to ensure quality and alignment with strategic objectives.

Multi-Platform Content Creation:

Create versatile content across websites, blogs, social media, email, and third-party sites that communicates our value propositions.

Leverage storytelling to produce narratives that resonate with our audience and highlight the impact of our analytics tools in the media industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Sales, Customer Success) to identify content needs and ensure messaging is cohesive across channels.

Audience Understanding:

Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their behaviors, interests, and pain points in the media industry.

Use data insights to tailor content that speaks to audience needs, fostering engagement and brand loyalty.

Monitor industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of professional, full-time experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or journalism with a track record of driving business impact.

Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.

Ability to connect content to broader business objectives and marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of social media best practices and experience with platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

Deep understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
