Support 8–10 active political and issue campaigns through August 2026 (with potential extension).
Manage logistics, grassroots operations, and communications for a dynamic portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day campaign logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
Oversee grassroots operations, volunteer recruitment, and event organization.
Draft press releases, speeches, talking points, and campaign materials.
Create and manage multi-platform social media content calendars.
Capture and edit photos/videos for digital distribution.
Collaborate with creative teams on branding, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Requirements
Prior experience in campaign operations, communications, or consulting.
Strong writing and messaging skills across digital and print.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Proficient in social media management and basic content creation.
Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven political environments.
Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives under pressure.
Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
