What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven roles
Proven experience managing and developing operational or technical talent
Expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
Hands‑on experience in building dashboards and governance processes
Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce
Familiarity with project management and campaign orchestration platforms
