This position will be responsible for exceeding revenue goals while providing World Class Service to customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Follow-up: Conduct two to three calls per day, five to six days a week, depending on workload. Some evenings and weekends required based on customer availability. Learn and implement the 10-step HCD Sales Process and follow the system. Report sales KPIs daily. Complete all necessary sales paperwork. Follow-up with open leads daily. Perform post-install customer satisfaction calls. Engage in lead generation activities like referrals, database calls, and follow-ups. Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions. Participate in lead generation events such as home shows or community events. Perform heat gain/loss evaluations on each call. This is not a technical role; skills will be taught.
