Product Marketing Manager, Depot Service , you will support our service business by activating marketing campaigns to generate growth through demand creation and funnel acceleration. You will validate buying centers and personas, identify relevant tactics, optimize product marketing materials, and build campaign plans to meet marketing objectives. You will also create content to support campaign tactics that define product positioning, market segmentation and targeting. What You’ll Do Collaborate with commercial leadership and marketing to develop the enterprise marketing strategy and go-to-market approach. Ensure marketing plans and execution are aligned with the overall marketing strategy to grow leads, orders, traffic, conversion, and share. Collect and analyze win/loss and competitive insights on the enterprise segment. Recommend and develop marketing programs to improve win rate and monitor tactic effectiveness. Use clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis relevant to the product and portfolio. Conduct in-depth research to define customer problem statements, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas. Work with Sales & Marketing teams to optimize tactics to win-loss, leverage demand generation opportunities, and support other campaigns, events, and tactics. Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success and clinical proof points where appropriate. Provide commercial teams with product knowledge in differentiation, positioning and pricing. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years’ experience in demand generation / revenue marketing, product marketing or related field. Healthcare product/industry acumen desired. Team oriented with the ability to motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Analytical and process-oriented skills. Experience in market and customer insights, product commercialization and branding. Ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas. Who We Want To Meet You’re a self-starter with a passion for Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
