Product Marketing Manager, Depot Service

The role supports marketing campaigns, validates buying centers and personas, identifies relevant tactics, optimizes product marketing materials, and builds campaign plans to meet marketing objectives. You will create content to support campaign tactics that support product positioning, market segmentation and targeting. What You’ll Do

Collaborate with commercial leadership and marketing to develop the enterprise marketing strategy and go-to-market approach. Ensure marketing plans and execution align with the overall marketing strategy (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix) to grow leads, orders, traffic, conversion, and share. Collect and analyze win/loss and competitive insight on the enterprise segment. Recommend and develop marketing programs to improve win rate and monitor tactic effectiveness in the market. Employ clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis relevant to the product and portfolio. Conduct in-depth research to define customer problem statements, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas. Work with Sales & Marketing teams to understand and optimize tactics to win-loss performance, leverage demand generation opportunities, and provide support for campaigns, events, and tactics. Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success, early adopters and clinical evidence to produce customer/market proof points where appropriate. Provide commercial teams with product knowledge on differentiation, positioning, and pricing. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years’ experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, product marketing, or related field. Healthcare product/industry acumen desired. Team oriented with the ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Experience in market and customer insights, product commercialization and branding. Ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas. Who We Want to Meet
