Product Marketing Manager
to lead the end-to-end product portfolio management of high-growth wellness categories. In this role, you\u2019ll drive business impact through innovation, product development, and marketing execution
acting with a true General Manager mindset. You\u2019ll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, operations, and regulatory teams to launch best-in-class products and deliver against sales, profit, and market share goals. What You\u2019ll Do
Business & Portfolio Strategy
Develop and execute annual operating plans (AOP) for your assigned categories
Own the 2-3 year innovation pipeline, leveraging consumer insights and competitive trends
Manage the product lifecycle including SKU rationalization, pricing, and positioning
Deliver on key P&L targets and drive continuous portfolio optimization
Project & Product Launch Management
Lead new product development through stage-gate processes
Oversee timelines and budget to ensure on-time, high-impact launches
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute seamlessly across all channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Consumer Communications, and Creative to align on go-to-market strategies
Develop sell-in tools and trade marketing assets to support customer-facing teams
Identify and respond to channel-specific needs and growth opportunities
Insights & Analytics
Monitor market and consumer trends to inform strategic direction
Analyze performance metrics and consumption data to make real-time recommendations
Manage research initiatives to uncover insights that fuel long-term growth
Qualifications & Fit
5-7 years of marketing experience in CPG, Beauty, or Health & Wellness (VMS preferred)
Proven success owning product portfolios and launching consumer products
Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver on P&L goals
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation
Excellent communication, time management, and project leadership skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive impact
Compensation & Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range is noted in this posting where required by local law. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company\u2019s 401(k) retirement plan.
