Overview

Base pay range: $106,400.00/yr - $222,600.00/yr. We are on the forefront of a shift to the next generation of cloud with customers in different stages of maturity. This role is a lead for the Cloud and AI platform solution plays marketing, including prioritizing product strategies into customer outcomes and aligning them for optimized results through a mix of strategies. The candidate will have a passion for technology, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing levers and a vision for how we gain share. The candidate will be able to analyze and diagnose business challenges, formulate solutions, and motivate and influence the broader organization into action.

Responsibilities

Lead the optimization of Seismic as a strategic sales enablement platform, enhancing sellers’ ability to identify the most effective content, optimize discovery, and utilization to support seller readiness and execution.

Align approach and content of solutions on Azure.com in partnership with Product Marketing Managers to ensure optimal and consistent experience and performance across solution plays to deliver cohesive customer journeys and measurable business impact.

Cross Solution Play first party event support for solutions marketing to ensure consistency and effective integration across events, for example Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Start, Ignite, BUILD, AI Tour.

Field community engagement, agenda orchestration and insights in collaboration with MCAPs and integrated marketing.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications: Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

5+ years experience in Project Management and Marketing for Cloud Platform Technologies.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Employment details Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
