Project Designer
to be a contributing and creative member of the team in our Charlotte, NC office. Project Designers in our Higher Education, K-12, Civic, Justice, Multifamily, and Senior Living Sectors are involved in all aspects of project development and are able to thrive here at Moseley. Responsibilities
As part of a project team, collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Managing Principal to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents. Interpret and apply relevant building codes. Develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with team members while proactively working together to meet specific deadlines. Provide and receive consistent and timely communication of detail-oriented project information to and from the project team. Produce aesthetically appealing designs and renderings. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues in design charrettes and creative workshops.
Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in architecture and design production utilizing Revit. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Skills & Software Proficiencies
Technical acumen to produce phase documents in Revit and SketchUp. Autodesk Revit (BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite experience are required. Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite is desired.
