To reinforce our 5-Business Developers team, we are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven and client‑oriented colleague who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with our existing clients.
He/She will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to further conquer the Belgian market. Our clients are part of the top 200 of big brands in Belgium and are convinced by our solutions.
The Business Developer leads an end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospect identification to closing.

The Business Developer works in collaboration with different teams to achieve success: a great presales team, an aftersales with Customer Success team and a Marketing team that are participating to help them to generate the leads, structure the demos and then convert the prospects into clients. We are therefore looking for a real team player who can use all of them as an asset.
What you’ll do
You manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, demonstrations (with support from the presales and aftersales teams), contract negotiations and closing.
You will develop your own portfolio with:
New business:
Convert inbound leads.
Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities in Belgium.
Existing clients:
Identify new development opportunities with existing clients (upselling, cross‑selling, …).
Manage the existing client base: keep the relationship with the customer, accompany Auxipress experts to clients, and oversee contract renewals.
You translate client/prospect needs into solutions.
You produce necessary documentation to respond to calls for tender.
You adapt yourself to your different contacts: PR, agencies, C‑level, …
What you’ll need
First significant experience as Account Manager, Business Developer or similar.
A university degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or similar.
A certain affinity for the world of media and brands.
Enjoyment of teamwork.
Solution selling mindset.
Autonomy and flexible working style.
Good knowledge of French and English; Dutch is a plus.
