Your Responsibilities Expand and strengthen our Loxone Partner Network across Belgium
Lead and support a high-performing local team
Manage and develop our office location in Nijlen
Execute Loxone’s growth strategy and drive scalability in the Belgian market
Identify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automation
Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of partner projects
Be the regional expert and face of Loxone in Belgium
Your Profile Completed technical apprenticeship or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, automation, mechatronics, business informatics/engineering)
Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management, ideally with digital sales processes
Proven experience in leading small, high-performing teams
Excellent consultative selling skills, strong communication, and persistence
Innovative, agile, and sales-driven personality with a hands-on mentality
Limited willingness to travel – most meetings are held virtually
Willingness to complete a structured onboarding process in Austria
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
