Serve 4-8 students per class in intimate, relationship-focused environment

Facilitate 6-7 class periods using therapeutic hip-hop pedagogy
Build authentic relationships with students (mix of long-term and short-term placements)
Deliver expert instruction in Logic Pro X, lyric writing, and beat production
Implement trauma-informed care practices in all interactions
Collaborate with school staff to support credit recovery
Document student progress and maintain professional relationships
