Purpose of Job APCON is looking for a UX Web Developer who bridges the gap between design and development. This hybrid role combines creativity with front‑end coding expertise to bring engaging designs to life while maintaining usability, accessibility, and performance standards. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and backend developers to ensure that every digital experience is both functional and visually compelling. Location Plano, TX Development Tools JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, Gatsby.js, Tailwind, Figma, Netlify, Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities Build and maintain interactive web experiences and UI components in alignment with APCON’s UX design vision. Translate design mockups and prototypes into pixel‑perfect, responsive front‑end code. Collaborate with designers to refine layouts and animations that enhance user engagement. Implement and test accessibility features and responsive behaviors across all devices. Support and advise design decisions through performance tuning and usability insights. Integrate content, media assets, and animations that elevate user interaction. Innovate using emerging front‑end frameworks and best practices for UX development. Qualifications And Requirements 5+ years of front‑end development experience with demonstrated UX/UI sensitivity. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and front‑end performance optimization. Experience collaborating closely with visual designers and marketers. Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and version control (Git). Education And Soft Skills BS in Computer Science, Web Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field. Excellent eye for aesthetics and user‑centered design principles.
