Help technicians understand workflows, train them for their job-related tasks, and support them in their role. Key Qualifications Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to research technical topics and convey technical information to readers of varying skill and experience. Experience writing step-by-step hardware procedures. Ability to balance multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines. Experience with style guides (experience writing globally and accessibly is a plus). Experience with content management systems, digital asset management, word processing, and spreadsheet apps. Trustworthy; often information is confidential.
