Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Location

Remote. Office presence required 1–2 days per month in NYC Metro area. Location preference: Remote, NYC metro area, and surrounding area.

Skills needed for success

• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules and business processes.
• Outstanding external and customer communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to coordinate with departments across the authority to support projects and development or refinement of strategies and processes.

Specialized skills

• Familiarity with the NYC real estate market, and the fundamental concepts of building decarbonization.
• Must be a high-level Microsoft Excel user, and able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets.
