Strong project management and critical thinking skills. Ability to facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules and business processes. Outstanding external and customer communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to coordinate with departments across the authority to support projects and development or refinement of strategies and processes. Specialized skills
Familiarity with the NYC real estate market, and the fundamental concepts of building decarbonization. Must be a high-level Microsoft Excel user, and able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets. Seniority level
