Marketing Operations Specialist
to join its growing marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, with a strong focus on campaign operations, project management, and cross-functional alignment.
This position is offered as a W2 contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Position Overview The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external media partners to help manage, deliver, and report on marketing and media campaigns. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and brings strong organizational and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage marketing projects and digital media campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with marketing goals.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the planning and execution of campaigns across social, video, display, and other platforms.
Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign coordination between internal stakeholders and external media agencies.
Oversee end-to-end project workflows, including timelines, deliverables, documentation, and quality control.
Provide regular updates, progress reports, and communication to stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and follow-through on all assigned tasks and campaign deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting and executing digital media or marketing campaigns across social, video, and display channels.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based project management tools. Experience with Workfront is a plus but not required.
Highly proactive, self-motivated work style with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
Background or familiarity with the financial services industry.
