Description & Requirements As we continue to expand our national footprint and the global reach of Forvis Mazars, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution for the Risk Advisory 2 Practice Unit, which includes service lines such as IT Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity, Loan Review, SOC & HITRUST, Forensics, Valuation, Analytics, and ProBank Education Services, serving both middle‑market companies and large global organizations.
What You Will Do
Plan and manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the practice unit, including print, digital, and social media tactical elements.
Manage, curate, and plan the distribution of thought leadership (content marketing).
Lead and build a high‑performing marketing team, demonstrating strong servant leadership and coaching skills.
Produce webinars targeted at clients and prospects, analyze attendee reports, distribute results to client service personnel, and monitor and execute follow‑up activities.
Plan and execute firm participation in industry trade shows and conferences, including sponsorship negotiation, onsite event planning, booth logistics, follow‑up activities, and ROI scorecard accountability.
Build relationships with and support the marketing priorities of Service Line Leaders.
Apply digital marketing best practices and build omni‑channel campaigns using tools such as CRM, marketing automation, SEO optimization, pay‑per‑click, Google and LinkedIn ads, video, and social media.
Provide input and insight into large, complex sales pursuits and written proposals as requested.
Conduct business intelligence research and build target pursuit lists.
Serve as the liaison with the web developer to ensure the firm’s relevant website content is current and search‑engine‑optimized.
Understand and implement the firm’s brand across all audiences.
Perform various other marketing duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing communications or content development.
Experience in a professional services or public accounting firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for content creation, data analysis, and process automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in people management, including leading teams or direct reports.
