Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging kitchen and/or bath measurements, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, including welcoming them to the store, assessing project needs, and guiding showroom tours.
Arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
Monitor and replenish stock levels of samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives.
Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment aligned with Store Appearance priorities.
Drive sales by supporting the three store priorities and department goals.
