Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

100% Onsite – Washington, DC

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in radio frequency management or spectrum operations.
• Experience supporting narrow banding, VHF/UHF radio programs, or P25 transitions.
• Proficiency with Spectrum XXI or similar spectrum planning tools.
• Experience with RF licensing, interference research, asset tracking, and compliance.
• Familiarity with administrative tools like ServiceNow and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to serve as a technical backup and advisor to a lead RF manager.

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance (non-transferable; onboarding contingent on clearance approval, typically 8–10 weeks)
