Experience supporting narrow banding, VHF/UHF radio programs, or P25 transitions. Proficiency with Spectrum XXI or similar spectrum planning tools. Experience with RF licensing, interference research, asset tracking, and compliance. Familiarity with administrative tools like ServiceNow and Excel for tracking and reporting. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Ability to serve as a technical backup and advisor to a lead RF manager.
