Director, Growth Marketing – Discovery Education UK
We are looking for a highly skilled Director, Growth Marketing to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for our K–12 education business. In this high‑visibility role you will partner closely with Revenue, GTM, and Marketing leaders to design and execute national, regional, and strategic account marketing programs that reach district and school decision‑makers. You will embed AI and advanced analytics into every stage of our go‑to‑market engine — from segmentation and personalization to campaign design, testing, and optimization — fueling revenue growth through modern, data‑informed marketing.
In This Role You Will Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market awareness, account engagement, and qualified pipeline among district and school leaders.
Lead integrated, national‑level campaigns across digital, events, email, paid, and content syndication channels to align with go‑to‑market priorities.
Leverage audience insights, messaging, and market knowledge to ensure campaigns resonate with target buyers and maximize conversion.
Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)
Design and scale ABM programs to deepen engagement and accelerate opportunities for target accounts.
Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure tight alignment of ABM initiatives with revenue goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Leverage data, AI, and experimentation frameworks to measure, optimize, and improve campaign ROI.
Establish closed‑loop reporting in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Digital Marketing.
Revenue & Cross‑Functional Alignment
Partner with BDR teams to ensure effective follow‑up on leads, optimize handoffs, and align messaging.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Partner Success, and Digital Marketing to deliver seamless execution of demand initiatives.
Innovation & Leadership
Stay at the forefront of growth marketing trends, experimenting with new technologies and channels to keep our GTM engine best‑in‑class.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team and agency partners to deliver results while fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.

Credentials And Experience
7+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience (education or mission‑driven sectors a plus).
5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success building and motivating teams.
Proven success in building and scaling demand programs that directly drive revenue in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Deep expertise in account‑based marketing, personalization, and digital‑first GTM strategies.
Strong command of marketing analytics, experimentation, and optimization with direct application of AI‑driven solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional senior stakeholders (Sales, BDR, Operations, Business Intelligence).
Excellent communication and project management skills with experience managing external partners.
Legal right to work in the United States.
